Partner fabs	`can_build`, `cannot_build` or `not_fully_checked` for JLCPCB, PCBWay, Bay Area Circuits, Summit
KiCad DRC	Unrouted nets and shorts as `must_fix`; overlapping courtyards
Parts (with `boards`)	Same as `parts_check`, plus datasheet and footprint checks in `part_checks` later

Findings come worst first: must_fix, warning, note. Pass copper_oz and thickness_mm if not 1 oz / 1.6 mm.

Fab verdicts are estimates from published limits. Summit’s lead times are unreliable; plan with margin.
